1. How long are the lessons?

The lessons are 1 hour 15 minutes long for group classes and 1 hour long for 1-1 classes. It gives you time to revise, learn, practise and ask questions while staying concentrated all along.

3. What is included in the price?

The price includes the lessons, homework to do on your own, a direct contact with the teacher via email if you need help or have any questions, and the invitation to a private Whatsapp group.

There is no homework for conversation lessons.

2. Who are the lessons for?

The vocabulary, grammar and culture covered are directed towards people living in or moving to France. They are also suitable for people travelling to France and wanting to get by in everyday life situations.

5. Do you offer in-person classes?

No. All the lessons are held online via Zoom. It is a good way to save time and have better flexibility if your timetable is tight. You can also learn from anywhere you want!

The activities and the method are adapted to online lessons and your objective will be met.

6. What is the cancellation policy?

For 1-1 classes: It works per package. Each package has a limited time so lessons have to be done before the deadline. If some lessons are left and haven't been rescheduled before the deadline, they will be charged.

The first lesson cancelled by the student (with or without notice) can be rescheduled or postponed to the next one.

After that, if the student cancels with a notice of at least 24h, the lesson will be rescheduled to another day and/or time depending on the teacher's availability.

If the student cancels less than 24h before the lesson, the teacher reserves the right to charge the lesson.

For group classes: there is NO possibility to reschedule nor get your money back. If you miss a lesson, you will still receive the homework and useful sheets.

All transactions are in Euros (€) and payment is made by transfer. Any added fee is the student's responsability.

Lessons have to be paid in advance.

This depends on various factors such as your age, your mother tongue, your motivation, the time you dedicate to learning or any other languages you speak. So it really depends on each student which means that the time spent on each level can vary.
